Refund policy

We have put in lots ofthoughts into all our products and we hope that you are happy with your pieces. However, if for any reason you would like to return any items, please read the following policy. 

Return/Exchange

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Step 1: To start a return, you can contact us at support@noblemenjeweller.com. You'll need the proof of purchase and the reasons for the return/exchange.

Step 2: If your return is accepted, we will show you the instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to have your items shipped back.

Step 3: Once we've received and inspected your return. We will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, certain types of items cannot be returned, for example custom items (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items and ear jewellery.

  • Due to hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchange for ear jewellery.
  • All sale items purchased are considered final and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please consider carefully before  you purchase and feel free to ask us any questions or concerns you may have about a specific item.

Damages Items

If your item arrived damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not held responsible for any damage that may occur during transit.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
